Hello furry world! I am a furry artist and I enjoy making people happy through creating art.
terms of service
IntroductionThank you so much for your interest! Before anything, please read the Terms of Service.
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the terms outlined below.
Terms are subject to change.
By completing the transaction, you are agreeing to the ToS, whether or not you actually read it, and you are subject to them by default.
Being an artist is not my full time job, please give some space when waiting for a commission. I will get back to every one of my customers.Since being an artist is not my full time job, I do not have scheduled work times and the completion of a commission relies fully on my spare time. Usual turn around time is two weeks to a month, if not stated otherwise.
By commissioning me you will get a digital piece of artwork. No physical items, prints etc. will be shipped to the buyer.REMINDER
Art is a luxury good and should be purchased with consideration.ProcessGENERAL
My commissions are rarely first come first serve. This means I will pick whatever I feel comfortable working with. This does not necessarily have to do with ideas from my Will Not Draw Section (see Will Not Draw section below) but it's my own artistic preference. I choose what I feel confident working with to maximize the result.
In case your commission was declined, I ask you to not take it personally but instead respect my comfort zone as an artist.
I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason. By commissioning, the commissioner agrees to be of legal age (18 or older) to utilize PayPal and thus order NSFW artwork. Failure to abide can result in black-listing from commissioning again.
To be able to work on a commission, I require a digitally drawn reference sheet of the character you want me to draw that includes all important markings. The reference sheet must not be shaded or at least include a color palette.
SecondLife screenshots, fursuit pictures, or traditional artwork are insufficient and will not be accepted as a reference sheet. Digitally drawn flat colored pieces are accepted.
You may always request a quote for your idea if you are unsure.ONEI will inform you via FA notes that your commission is accepted. I will get started on your commission idea as soon as possible. No payment has to be made at this point.
Once I finished a rough sketch, I will send it over to you for approval. During this stage you may request small changes but note that multiple changes or larger changes might result in an extra fee that is determined by me and can vary, but is not limited to, $5 to $20 and above depending on complexity. Hence, it is important to be specific in the form unless given artistic freedom. If additional fees are added, a modified invoice will be sent to be paid.
If the change has to be requested because I forgot to include previously described elements or if the change is minor, the change will be done for free.
At this stage I will also send the invoice over PayPal using the email you provided in the form. Payment is expected within 48 hours after the invoice is sent.TWOAfter the approval of the initial sketch I will continue working on the commission without sending you any further WIPs.
I will only continue working on the commission with your explicit approval. Be sure to signal this approval accordingly when responding to me.THREEAfter I finished your commission, it will be sent to you in full resolution. At this stage, no major changes can be requested anymore. No characters can be changed, colors/markings may not be changed or modified. Refunds are not possible anymore at this stage either (see Refund section below).PaymentAll payments are in USD unless negotiated otherwise.
Payment is done through the PayPal invoice system.
The client will be sent an invoice to the address they have provided in the commission form. Payments have to be made within 48 hours after receiving the sketch for approval, if not negotiated otherwise.
The commissioner does not need a PayPal account to make purchases over PayPal. However, the commissioner agrees to be of legal age (18 or older) to utilize PayPal.
I reserve the right to refuse completion of the commission if the commissioner fails to pay the invoice on time. Furthermore, I reserve the right to refuse working for commissioners who failed to pay on time in the past.
By commissioning me the client agrees to have the required funds to pay for the full amount of the commissioned artwork.
Tips are at the commissioner's discretion.
By commissioning me you will get a digital piece of artwork. No physical items, prints etc. will be shipped to the buyer.Refunds/CancellationsRefunds are not possible once the artwork has been finished.
In any other stage, refunds are possible as follows:
1) If the commission has not been started and termination is requested, the client is subject to a full refund.
2) If work has begun, the client is subject to a partial (50%) refund up to the lining and coloring stage. The client will receive the artwork with its current progression at the time of termination.
3) Past this stage (lining and coloring) a full refund is no longer permitted. On a circumstantial basis refunds can be negotiated although I explicitly reserve the right to refuse negotiation for any reason.
I reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason on my behalf. In such case you will be refunded the full paid amount within two weeks after cancellation and you will receive any progress on your commission, if there is any.
If the commission has been cancelled on the behalf of the commissioner I reserve the right to use the artwork with its progress for personal use or selling (YCH) if it's in the sketch phase.Usage/CopyrightGENERAL

If you are not a commissioner and you'd like to upload my art to Facebook, Twitter/x, e621.net or any other social media, please contact me for permission. Uploads without permission will possibly result in a take down.Complexity FeeI reserve the right to charge an extra fee depending on the complexity of the design of the provided character. The applying fee is determined under my judgement and can vary, but is not limited to $5 - $20 per character. This includes wings, markings, and number of colors on a character.
Internal views/shots, x-ray views, and additional versions count towards the complexity of the piece. The additional cost is $5 - $20 depending on what is requested.
